- Name and email address - when you join the Reciprocity Network through our CV Guidance tool or sign up to our newsletter.
- CV content - if you use our CV Guidance tool, your CV is sent securely to a third-party AI service to generate feedback. We do not store or save your CV on our website or servers.
- Nominations - if you nominate someone for our Power Circle feature, we collect the information you provide via email.
How we use your information
We use the information you provide to:
- Send you occasional newsletters, magazine updates, and event invitations
- Provide AI-generated CV guidance reports
- Respond to nominations and enquiries
We do not use your information for advertising, and we never sell or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
CV Guidance Tool
If you use our CV Guidance tool, your CV is sent securely to a third-party AI service to generate your personalised feedback. We do not keep a copy of your CV on our website or servers.
Joining the Reciprocity Network
If you choose to join our network (for example, to unlock your full CV report or sign up for updates), we ask for your name and email address. By submitting this information, you consent to receive occasional emails from Reciprocity, including newsletters, magazine releases, and event invitations.
You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email, or by emailing info@reciprocity.network and asking us to remove your details.
Where your data is stored
Email addresses collected through our sign-up forms are stored securely using reputable third-party email platforms (such as Mailchimp), which are themselves GDPR-compliant. We do not store personal data directly on our website's server.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:
- Ask what personal data we hold about you
- Ask us to correct or update your information
- Ask us to delete your information at any time
- Withdraw consent to receive emails at any time
